You can be certain that in every hour, in every minute, in every second, we will experience change. Change is the only constant and we must evolve with it.
We sometimes don’t even realise or aren’t present to the changes that take place in our lives. This is where consciousness plays its part. We must always stay ever present to what’s happening around us, our surrounds and our circumstances.
This gives us great power, to make conscious decisions and proactively move with the changes that take place. You can resist change, resent change or even worry or fear it! However, if you can use your power to find the opportunities in the changes that take place in your life and in your world, you can find ways to put them to positive use.
A perspective that changed my life is the fact that although changes can often be frightening, we must keep in mind that we’ve been successfully dealing with changes our entire lives. That’s how we’ve learned, and grown, and moved forward fearlessly.
Change is the only constant and we must continuously evolve with it.
